Half Term

So this last week was Half Term for the kids. Which means Kaylee has no school for the week. I was worried about how I was going to take care of them with having to be super careful to not do to much and my prayers were answered when Lee's sister Justine said she would come down for the week and spend some time with them. So Lee went to Chorley on Monday evening and picked her up.

We had a lot of fun. Especially the kids. They LOVED having her here. On Tuesday it rained all day. So the kids made cakes with Justine and had a blast while Lee and I were at hospital for a routine check.

Wednesday we decided to take the kids to the park. So I drove them all there and then I stayed in the car and read my book while Justine and the kids played in the park. Later that afternoon Justine played outside with the kids for hours. They loved it and when it was time to come in they kept saying please can we play outside with Justine.

Spencer is addicted to the Trampoline!

Thursday it was so warm so in the morning we put the sprinkler on the Trampoline again. The kids really love doing that. They played in the water for ages. After lunch they decided they wanted to go into the front garden so I went and sat out there with them for a while. I love watching my special babes play together. They decided to go on a Bug Hunt and found a Ladybird (I like the British name better than the American Ladybug). They played with that poor Ladybird for ages. It was infact the only bug that Spencer let live. All other bugs he kept smashing with rocks. Regardless of how many times I explained to him that they needed to live and how would you like if a Giant Smashed you with a rock. Thursday night when Lee finished work he took the Kids and Justine to the castle and the park castle. They were there until well past bed time but they all loved it.

She treated the Ladybird like her little baby. To bad it eventually flew away.

I love this one of Kaylee.

Friday Justine played with the kids while Lee and I went to the Dr for 3 Hours, yep 3hours and we still didnt get any questions answered because the lady knew nothing not even how to draw my blood. When we got home a friend from Chorley was here for a quick visit on her way home from holiday in the South and she took Justine home for us.

We had a great week. Sorry there arent more pictures. I am really feeling bad at the moment like a bad mom because I am not able to do all the fun things I should be doing with the kids. I look at everyone elses blogs and feel terrible because everyone seems to be doing lovely fun stuff this summer and I am struggling to do anything my with wonderful children. I keep reminding myself this is only a small period of time in our lives and that the children wont remember it well.

Just remember Alisha that what you are doing is for your kids, you are making sure that their baby sister arrives as safely as possible, and you are making all the difference to Cienna - you may literally be saving her life by making the sacrifices you are now. Keep on doing what you're doing, okay?

Great pictures of the kids! I'm glad Justine could come and help! And you are such an AMAZING mother! I've actually been gone for an entire week on buisness so haven't even been in the same room as my kids! So you are doing way better than me! :)

Glad to hear that things are going so well right now! One more week right?
