Kaylee's Poem

This afternoon was Kaylee's open afternoon at school. Its very much like Open House at school in the US. They pull some of the childrens work out and you can talk to the teachers and look at their work. Kaylee made a list of things which she really wanted me to look at, one being a poem that she had written. I think its pretty good and thought I would share it with you and post it for her journal.

Baby Drinking Poem

Sip a little
Sup a little
from your little
cup a little
Put it to your
lip a little
tap a little
top a little
Not into your
lap ot it'll
drip a little
drop a little
on the table
top a little

I thought this was really good. I was very impressed that at 7 years old she could write such a good poem about a sippy cup.
