So the 4th picture is from Spencers Birthday. Obviously his first birthday because he has only had one. I cant believe how much he has changed in the past 7. This picture is significant to me for one reason.... What is that might you ask? It is the fact that we had made it through the first year. After so many times of wondering if he was going to make it from day to day, after so many hospital stays and visits we had finally made it to the one year mark. I dont know if the sense of him being my little miracle will ever go away. I dont know if I ever want it to go away. He is a miracle to me. And I love him so much! I know it says to only post one picture but I love looking at the pictures of him when he was first born. They remind me of the miracle he is and of the trust that we must forever be putting in the Lord. I know that at the time we were dealing with spencer being born at 26 weeks the Lord knew all along that things would be ok and when we put our trust and our faith in him we too knew that all things would work out how they were supposed to. I am so grateful for the faith and knowledge I have of my Heavenly Father and his plan for us.
Spencer 1 day old, His body was only the length of my hand from the tip of my finger to my palm, we could see through his skin because it was so thin. We werent able to hold him for about 4 days at which time we got 10 minutes in total, which I was grateful for. If you want to see more pictures one of my first blog posts was about each of the children there are loads more pictures there. Plus some of Kaylee who was 6 weeks early and another miracle.
I tag whoever wants to do this tag. It is really fun. It has made me look at loads of other pictures on the computer which is a blast because I hardly ever do it!

Wow! That little guy has gone through a lot, and lucky he is to be in your home, where he will learn how prayers are answered by out Heavenly Father.

It must still amaze you when u see these very first photos of Spencer!! I remember coming to visit him in hospital and I didnt actually realise how small he was until I saw him.....WHAT a miracle!! And look how far he has come! He is such a big lad now!!
It's amazing how much you can love your baby so soon, and what amazed me, when Bevan had his problems from being born early too, was how resilient the human body is and how amazing it is. Spencer sure is a big boy now, and hopefully he will go from strength to strength. He's lucky to have such caring parents.
He really has grown so much since then! I'm so happy to see him thriving!
