Pass The Parcel
Musical Statues
Every year I throw Kaylee ( and now Spencer) A
Halloween Party. We invite their little friends around and for
2 1/2 hours we
party hardy! This year the party started at 11:30 just in time for lunch. I asked all the other mommy's to bring a few munchies as well. And this year we had
SO MUCH FOOD. We had
Pumpkin shaped
Cheese,
Jam,
Peanut Butter &
Ham Sandwhiches,
Sausage Rolls,
Little Sausages,
Little Pizzas,
Crisps,
Chicken Bites & Quiches. Then for the
SWEET STUFF we had,
Rice Crispys in the shape of Ghosts (american style made with Marshmallows)
Brownies,
Marshmallows,
Cupcakes,
Jaffa Cake Mini Rolls &
Rainbow Dust. There was probably more but honestly there was so much I cant remember it all. We played
three games,
Musical Statues,
Pass the Parcel (the British Favorite a party isnt a party here without Pass the Parcel) And
Pin the mouth on the Pumpkin, I make a little
pumpkin and 10 little mouths. I also made little
Halloween Party bags (you cant buy halloween ones in England) to give each child with little
toys and
goodies. I also made a little
treat for all the mommys' a
pumpkin out of crate paper, ribbon and raffia and filled with
sweets. My kids had a
lovely time. Kaylee
didnt want it to
end. So until next
year and the next
halloween party......
Muwahhhhhhhh (that is my computer language for a scary sound.... Did it scare you?)

This sounds like SO much fun! Nathan would have loved it! You are so creative and have so much energy to be able to throw a 2 1/2 hour party for 10 preschoolers!!! Well done you! And I miss pass the parcel. I think we'll have to do that one for Nathan's birthday this year!
Guess who is at my house?? Iris and Bet! My parents took them to southern Utah, but they will be back just in time for Halloween-the American style, so they can see all the trick-or-treaters! :)Looks like everything is going great over there!
