On the way home from Darlington the other week we decided to stop at Brough Castle. Its just castle ruins but I have always wanted to stop and check it out. It is on the way to Lee's mum and dads from the North West of England and is actually really cool. When we got there Spencer and Siena were both asleep so Kaylee and I went for a walk around while Lee and the other two stayed in the car (Thanks babe. You know how us Americans are and our love for castles even after 9 years of living here) Anyway so here are some of the pictures of Kaylee and I at Brough Castle. For anyone in the area, mostly family, who havent been there I defintiely suggest stopping by. They have a lovely cafe with an ice cream parlor and a really nice park with picnic tables all around. Plus you can obviously have a wander around the castle which is free.
