Siena 10 Months Old

I know this picture is blurry. But I still loved it!

Last week Siena turned 10 months old. I cant believe another month has flown by. Note to self, must invent a machine to slow down time!

Anyway I thought I should say what has been happening in this last month with her.

• She now weighs a whopping 16 lbs even
• She is still wearing 3 - 6 months clothes and a few 6 - 9 month things even though most of them are to big.
• She has finally learned to sit up on her own!
• She has started to pull herself around to things instead of crawl kind of combat style.
• She loves to play with wires. Anything that has a wire she wants to play with it.
• She is eating 3 meals a day and at lunch time I let her have all finger foods so she can feed herself. She seems to really enjoy it.
• She can clap on demand. If you say Yay Siena or Yay anyone else she claps. And the last couple of days she talks when she is clapping. It is just a babble but Lee and I swear she said Yay a couple of times ;)
• Last week she went from Laying down to sitting up on her own 3 times. So no doubt by next month she will be doing that more.
• She plays with the big kids toys and doesn't find her toys to be very interesting anymore.

On a down side:

• She is still up 3 or 4 times a night for about an hour each time
• Unless I am in the room with her holding her or sitting right next to her on the floor she is crying.
• She cant even be in the room or held by Lee without crying.

I just love this girl to bits. She is so lovely and even the hard bits are made easy by the fact that she isn't supposed to medically be here. I will never get over how she is a miracle.
