We had a lovely day yesterday. I like to make a big deal of most holidays. I think that when you have children it just makes it so much fun! Here is how our day went:
We started with a breakfast of heart shaped pancakes

Lee and I then gave the kids each a small present and Valentines Day Cards

For dinner we then had a lovely candle light dinner. I made name place tags, and decorated the middle of the table with heat shaped confetti. We got out the wine glasses and I made a dinner of Chicken Lasagna, Salad, Fresh Bread (England has the best bread) and we had a brownie cake for dessert. Both Kaylee and Spencer LOVED this. And so Did Lee and I. I especially loved watching the kids and seeing their excitement. Spencer just wouldnt sit down. He was so fascinated with the candles he kept walking from one end of the table to the other. Just back and forth. And Kaylee was trying to hard to not blow out the candles that she was holding her breath and then when she would finally take a breath she would almost blow out the candles it was really funny.

We had a lovely Valentines Day. And we hope that each of you did too!

Oh my goodness....you are so good!! We didnt do anything special for Valentines, and maybe I will next year now, cos it looks like the kids loved it! AND the scrapbooking is looking BRILLIANT...you addict!
You are adorable! You always have such cute ideas! By the way, I love the digital scrapbooking. I have been thinking of getting into it myself. Which site do you use?
Also, I hope your tooth feels better and you can find a dentist! That was the one thing that I thought the NHS really failed on: dentists! I never had a cavity in my life, and then after my time in England I ended up with 6 (none of which the dentist caught!) Maybe you could go to your one in Chorley???
you always do the cutest things with your kids. they looked like they loved it. what an amazing mom they have.
SO CUTE! Love the pancakes!
