The Holy Ghost Cant be Everywhere at Once

I like to blog about things that my children (or child at this point in time because Spencer cant speak yet) say. This morning on the way to school Kaylee and I had a conversation on an interesting topic. I asked Kaylee, like I do every morning, to open the gate at the end of our driveway so that I could push spencer through and we could continue on our walk to school. And Kaylee said to me mummy (that is her british accent coming through) "why do you always ask me to open the gate? Is it so that you can push Spencer through and he doesnt roll down the hill?" And I answered yes. And she said that is good because we would hate for Spencer to roll into the road get hit by a car and die. And I said yes that would be terrible. And then is when the conversation got interesting. She said yes but it would be ok because we are a special family and all special families who do what Heavenly Father asks of them get to live together forever as angels. And if one of us dies we can be an angels for the others and help each other to be good so we can live with Heavenly Father. Next came the cute bit. I asked her when we all die and are living as a family forever what are we going to be doing with Heavenly Father. She said "well actually we are going to be the ones helping the Holy Ghost because he cant be everywhere all at one time and he need angels to help him with what Heavenly Father has asked him to do. So We will be the ones helping him. I think we will be sleeping during the day and working at night." and I said what will we be helping him with at night? And she said we will be the ones taking all the bad dreams away from all the children and protecting their homes.

I love listening to her ideas. I feel that Kaylee has always been close to the spirit and very in tune with our Father In Heaven. I could tell you so many stories.
