Visitors

Over the past few weeks we have had lots of visitors. Mostly because we will be going to the states soon. Here are a few pictures of us and our friends.

The Monks

First we had our lovely friends Paul and Sarah Monks and their beautiful little girl Amelie. They were only here a couple hours but we had a lovely afternoon with them. We got to be good friends with the Monks when we were in Wigan ward. Sarah and I were great friends with 3 other women so the men became friends too.

The Dunns
Next we had out best friends the Dunn's here for a visit. Lee and Andrew have been friends since they were 12. And when Andrew married Lucy I knew we were all lucky because Lucy and I quickly became great friends. I just love her to bits she is like a sister to me. We are going to miss them so much when we move. But we know we will see them both in the states and back here in the UK. Andrew and Lucy have 4 beautiful, I should probably say handsome, boys. And Spencer and the boys are seriously best friends. They call each other best buddies or mates. It is so much fun watching them all play. Our kids think of them as cousins and all the kids call Lee and I Auntie or Uncle and ours do the same with them.

The Scotts

Lastly we have had the Lovely Scotts to visit. When living in Chorley we became great friends with Paul and Emma. Emma and I were pregnant with Ed and Kaylee at about the same time and we have just been great friends ever since. Since then Emma and Paul have had two more beautiful children, Milly and Gracie. A couple of weeks back Emma stopped by with the children. We had lunch a lovely chat and the children played for a couple of hours. I'm going to miss Emma terribly when we go. Thank goodness for the internet so we can stay in touch!
