Christmas Day

We had a mostly lovely Christmas Day. We got up at 6:30 and it took about an hour and 45 minutes to open presents because the kids wanted to play with everything as they were opening it. I was really sick Christmas day. As soon as we were done opening Presents I went back to bed. I got up with Siena around 10. Helped her open her presents. Made Christmas dinner for everyone. We sat down and had dinner and then by 2 I was back in bed until I felt so guilty for not spending the day with everyone that I came back down stairs. I had a temp of 39.2 (about 102F) for 3 days then. I felt terrible and spent a lot of time in bed. Lucky for me Siena was really sick (she was in Hospital twice over the first week of Christmas) and Spencer was really sick too. So Spencer, Siena and I would dissapear for a few hours each day morning and afternoon for a nap. I actually enjoyed our naps. Anyway Here are a few pictures from Christmas day.
Santa brought the kids both scooters and a blow up car that you sit in for when you play Mario Kart. You put the wii controller in the steering wheel and it is like driving a real race car. So Fun!
Aunt Misty got us all Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games.
Both the kids got watches. Kaylee really wanted one since she can tell time and not on a digital display.

They love Mario and Sonic..... Can you tell. I look terrible I know. I was wearing Lee's robe I was FREEZING!!

Siena Opening her presents with the help of Mommy and Spencer. She got mostly clothes and a few lovely toys from Kaylee and Spencer and Her Aunts and Uncles.

Thank you everyone who bought Presents for us this year. Aunt Misty Got us Mario vs Sonic for the wii, Uncle Brad got the kids new Duvet cover sets (Sponge Bob for Kaylee and Toy Story for Spencer) and a Ball pit for Siena. Uncle Simon and Aunt Lisa got Kaylee a Hello Kitty Mug Set, and Spencer Buzz Lightyeear Bubble Bath and A Woody Stuffed toy, and Siena bath toys. Aunt Justine made us a lovely picture collage of our families with the family proclamation and Grandma Ann and Grandpa Vern got both Kaylee and Spencer DS games, Siena a lovely material book and Lee and I Pass the pigs game (which is a tradition in Lee's Fmaily to play) We had a lovely day and each of you contributed to it. Thank you everyone
