I know this post is a bit late considering Kaylee broke up last Friday for her school Summer Vacation but better late then never, right? Any who... a couple of weeks ago Kaylee had her Sports Day at her school. It was a fantastic morning and I was so pleased that they did some of the traditional races like Egg and Spoon Race and the Sack Race. Not many schools do them any more because of Health and Saftey but they did at her school and it was so much fun. She did really well too. I was suprised at how competitive the parents were. I had no idea parents got so into childrens sports day.
I do really like K's school. She has finally settled in nicely and has loads of friends. She says her best friend at school is Emily. And her best boy friend is Jerome. Anyway here are a few pictures for the day.
Once upon a time in a far far away land lived a beautiful maiden named Alisha. She loved her simple life but felt that something was missing. Until one day a very handsome prince, prince Lee, flashed up on her computer screen. She talked to him for a while and soon realised that he was the something missing. After a few months of chatting they finally met and Prince Lee realised that the beautiful maiden was what was missing from his life too and he asked her to marry him.
It has now been 11 years since that day when the beautiful maiden and handsome prince were married. They now have three gorgeous children, Princess Kaylee (8), Prince Spencer (5), and little Princess Siena (2) and are living happily ever after.
"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will - to your surprise - miss them profoundly."
~President Thomas S. Monson
