Morning Sickness Strikes Again

Ive never had a hang over. But if morning sickness is what it feels like to be hungover then that is enough to make me never want to have a hangover, not that I would. My morning sickness is lasting all day and all night. If the kids are up in the night it takes ages to fall back asleep because I am trying to concentrate on not being sick.

What are your personal remedies for morning sickness. My sister has told me to try B6 and Unisom. We cant get Unisom in the UK so I am going to ask my mommy to send me some over. A lot of people have said Ginger. But to be honest ginger makes it worse for me. The thought of eatting a giner cookies is... op.... hold on...... No but seriously it makes me SICK! I've now gone off diet coke because I have read that Caffeine makes it worse. Hasnt seemed to make a difference for me. I dont feel any better without it! :)

Anyway your thoughts are so welcome! Im willing to try just about anything right now... as long as it is safe for my precious cargo!! (and is NOT Ginger)

Someone once told me peppermint tea...but...there was no way I could stand the smell of it to even try, so not sure if it works. It's such a horrible feeling, and it feels like its never gonna end, but it will, as you know!! I found that nothing really worked that well, so all I TRIED to do was to eat little and often, and to try and nap whenever I could!!

I've heard peppermint tea aswell. My mum would always give us Arrowroot biscuits, which I can't seem to find over here, but they do sell them in the UK and also Sprite. When I was on a cruise a few months ago, it was the only time I've had sickness in this pregnancy and couldn't take motion sickness pills, so I bought a accupressure bracelet that seemed to do the trick too. Try this: http://www.wikihow.com/Stop-Nausea-With-Acupressure - good luck!

Oh I'm SO sorry Alisha!!! Morning sickness is the worst! For me, it was just eating little things constantly. Triscuits worked a charm. good luck! Let's hope this passes quickly!
