Peach Pie


Today we had the missionaries for dinner. I made Navajo Tacos for the main and Fresh Peach Pie for dessert. So I thought I would share the recipe with everyone. 

Fresh Peach Pie
8 fresh peaches, peeled pitted & sliced
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 ginger
1/2 nutmeg

Mix all dry ingredients and pour over prepared peaches. Set aside for 20 - 30 minutes to allow dry mixture to penetrate peaches completely. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust and bake 30 - 35 minutes at 425 degrees.
